I have been a prayer warrior for the Jewish people for about eleven years. Praying for Israel has brought me great joy. How God brought me to the place of praying many hours a day for Israel is a rather unusual story.

In thinking about the changes that have come to me since beginning to pray for Messianic Vision, the realization of His Goodness is amazing. Psalms 77:12 says it is good to meditate on His work and talk about what He is doing.

When God says something important He often has someone write it down. Like the Bible, for instance. Today we identify ourselves as the “information generation.” Our kids learn more in one year than Abraham Lincoln’s generation would in a lifetime. I read that somewhere — another piece of information.

It was 1986.  I wondered why God was sending me to Israel at that very time, but I knew I had heard His voice. It was very clear, so I believed for the finances and made the necessary arrangements.
