How to Experience the Presence of God
When God gave me a prophetic word I didn’t think it would have immediate application for my family, or for my city. I was reading in 1 Kings when Elijah, following a great spiritual victory for God, was reduced to fear when Jezebel, who had been murdering the prophets, threatened his life.
I’ve had occasion to be in dialog with two sets of people recently, Jews and Muslims, neither of whom believe God has a son. The uniqueness of faith in Yeshua is the belief, not only that He rose from the dead — unique enough!! But that He is God’s son.
Have you ever believed something to be true only to find out that it wasn’t what you thought it was? Or even that the Bible warns against it?
What if the Lord gave a State of the Union address, to give an account of what is happening in the Kingdom of God presently. Can you picture it? From all over the world those who are the Lord’s gather together in a huge chamber large enough for multitudes upon multitudes.
Did you know that God sings? He sings over us with gladness and great rejoicing as One who has fully accomplished the deep desires of His heart.
As each new year approaches, I often look back at some of the emails I’ve received that year in response to articles I’ve written. I started to send the file I put them in to Sid so he could see how blessed people are with the shows and the website, but realized when it got to over 30 pages that he had no time to read through all of these. Then I thought perhaps you, my dear readers, might enjoy seeing what some of you have written, and in some cases, what I have answered back.
Many have noted that unforgiveness is a roadblock to supernatural healing. However, Dr. Art Mathias is one of the first to demonstrate that when we understand and apply the principles of Biblical forgiveness, the Lord’s healing will come to us very easily. His simple approach has set thousands free from suffering and disability.
<p>I've been in prayer meetings which had a very serious tone – and suddenly the spirit of laughter has descended. When we were coming into revival years ago I remember someone saying they had read an account of revival in a book- and in this revival at the time, there was a lot of weeping. Our church thought, "Well maybe we should weep because maybe God likes weeping, maybe it's a way of being holy."</p>
Understand that the anointing within you is what supports the potential anointing that can rest upon you.
As people have soaked in God’s presence, they have experienced profound heart changes.
