We can come before the Courts of Heaven to request divine restraining orders.
I will make a huge prediction—99% of people reading this article have heard of the term “restraining order.” Regardless of nationality or language, there is no tool of the court more well-known than a restraining order. It is also called a “protective order,” due to the fact that not only does it “restrain” (adversaries), it also “protects” the people or institutions who would otherwise suffer irreparable harm. Some reading this article are in an unfortunate position of needing a court’s restraining order against a loved one, stalker or a business competitor.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…(Hosea 4:6).
I will make another prediction: most Christians do not know they can come before the “Courts of Heaven” (Daniel 7:10) to request divine restraining orders to restrict, revoke or cancel every activity of Satan. How many Kingdom projects or Christians have suffered irreparable damage because of a lack of knowledge concerning the operations of the Courts of Heaven? Only God knows!
Before we go any further let me give you a clear-cut definition of natural “restraining orders.” According to Wikipedia, a restraining or protective order is “an order issued by a court to protect a person, business, company, establishment, or entity, and the general public, in a situation involving alleged domestic violence, assault, harassment, stalking, or sexual assault.” From this definition we can see the protective parameters of restraining orders issued by the courts of men.
Here is how the Holy Spirit defines divine restraining orders: A divine restraining order or protective order is an order issued by the Courts of Heaven to protect a person of destiny, a business, a nation, or Kingdom institutions in a situation involving clear and present danger to the preordained purposes of God. Observe that the protective parameters of divine restraining orders are far- reaching compared to their natural counterparts.

Most importantly, divine restraining orders are easier to obtain and yet they are exponentially more powerful. Satan is not afraid of restraining orders issued by earthly courts, because those courts have no jurisdiction over him. However, Satan shivers in his boots when he encounters a believer who knows how to go before heaven’s supreme court system to obtain divine restraining orders. Why? Satan and his kingdom of darkness are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Courts of Heaven! Hallelujah!
Job’s Hedge of Protection
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them…. So Satan answered the Lord and said, “Does Job fear God for nothing? Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land…” (Job 1:6, 9-10 NKJV).
For the longest time, this passage bothered me theologically. The Bible says Lucifer and his angels were cast out of heaven. So what is Satan doing in heaven before the Lord? When I understood the Courts-of-Heaven message, the Holy Spirit said to me, “Francis, Satan is an officer of the Courts of Heaven. No self-respecting judge can commence a trial of the accused without making sure the defense and prosecutor’s tables are seated!” I was speechless. “Francis, My people must learn how to bring
Satan before the Courts of Heaven because it’s the only place where Satan is not allowed to lie. In the Courts of Heaven, Satan is a sworn officer of the court so he has to abide by the rules that govern the Courts of Heaven as established by your Heavenly Father,” the Spirit declared.
According to my friend and co-author, Robert Henderson, the word “hedge” is the Hebrew word suwk, which means, “to shut in for protection or restraint.” So when Satan was complaining to the Lord about the “hedge” that was over Job’s life, family and property, it was not a complaint about some mystical fire that surrounded Job! It was a complaint about an impenetrable legal order. Let me paraphrase Satan’s complaint: “Lord, you know I am an officer of the court, so how can you expect me to violate a restraining order issued by your Supreme Court? If I did, wouldn’t You hold me in contempt of court?”
Suddenly it dawned on me! If Satan couldn’t violate a divine restraining order issued by the Courts of Heaven over an Old Testament saint, why would we expect him to violate divine restraining orders issued by the Courts of Heaven under a New Testament dispensation secured by the Blood of Jesus? Glory to God!
Delivered from an Abusive Ex-Spouse
Before I published my book, Issuing Divine Restraining Orders from the Courts of Heaven, a woman walked into my office with bloodshot eyes. She was under tremendous stress.
What’s wrong?” I asked. Teary-eyed, she
responded, “Pastor, I can’t live like this!”
She had my attention. “Live like what?”
“I am tired of the constant abuse by my
ex-husband. He had an extra-marital affair. It was devastating! He moved out and moved in with the other woman. We have two children, who are taking this really bad. I was beginning to move on, but can you believe that my ex has the audacity to come and collect the children with his mistress by his side? It’s so embarrassing. Adding insult to injury, he is verbally abusive to me in front of her. I begged him to let me take the children out of state to see their grandparents, but he told me he would file kidnapping charges! Can you believe this?”
“Would you like to get a restraining order against him?
She stared at me in bewilderment. “I don’t have the money to go through all of that.” I laughed. “Do you know that you can get a divine restraining order against him from the Courts of Heaven?” I asked.
“Really, pastor?!” Hope flooded her eyes.
“Yes, we can. Would you like me to take you before the Courts of Heaven to get you a divine restraining order?”
“Yes, please!”
I held her hand and took her into the Courts of Heaven. We asked the Lord for a divine restraining order against the abusive behavior of her ex. I got a witness in my spirit that the divine restraining order had been issued. She thanked me profusely.
The following Sunday, the same woman was back, eyes glistening with joy! “Pastor, I can hardly believe it! My ex-husband called me out of the blue. His tone was conciliatory. He told me he was sorry for the way he had treated me. He promised to pick up the children without his mistress. Furthermore, in good faith, he will let me take the children out of state without filing charges. Dr. Myles, I was completely speechless,” she declared. “I did not expect it to work so quickly!”
We praised the Lord together! God had given us everything we had asked for in the divine restraining order!
May the grace of God work mightily in us that the Courts of Heaven will render and enforce for us the restraining and protecting presence of God over our life. We will live under the canopy of His glory that no demon or devil can penetrate or access. We will walk in the light and glory of His presence and power!

Expect a Sudden Eruption of God’s Global Glory!

I am writing this letter on a plane as I return home from my Jewish evangelistic outreach in Israel. I found out that Israel has had historic rainfall over the last three
months. Rain represents the blessings of God in this desert region. But this 50-year-record rainfall resulted in flooding, and even death.
We expected 1,000 unsaved Jewish Israelis to attend my “Lecture on the Supernatural,” but in the early morning hours on that day the rain was torrential and many hesitated to venture out. In spite of this, God came through once again when 738 unsaved Israelis piled into the lecture hall! Note 7+3+8 equals 18. In Hebrew the word for 18 is Chai from which we get the toast L’Chaim, “to life!”
We were FLOODED with the Presence of the “Life” of God. The audience was more riveted than at any evangelistic meeting I have ever had! They hung on every word as I spoke.
I take no credit. God’s Greater Glory appeared and many miracles of healing erupted among these Israeli Jewish nonbelievers. In the Greater Glory, God does ALL the work and He gets ALL the credit. For masses of unsaved Jewish people to say they were healed is historic. That’s a real miracle!
Then the Greater miracle occurred. Whereas the floods in Israel caused a few deaths, the flood of the Holy Spirit caused MOST of the Jewish nonbelievers to LIVE! I stood in awe of God as most of the unsaved Jewish people stood up and publicly proclaimed Jesus as Lord! Just as the recent rainfall has set records on earth, the rain of God’s Greater Glory set records in Heaven.
I also noticed that every unsaved Israeli I witnessed to on the streets was extremely open to the Gospel, and most said a prayer of salvation with me. One taxi driver thanked me over and over saying he was so lucky to have met me. I told him he wasn’t lucky, but blessed!
Why was it so easy witnessing in Israel? Two main reasons. First, due to fear of persecution, most believers do not witness, so there is much low- hanging fruit, begging to be picked. Second, this is God’s season of mercy on Israel. The flooding in the natural was God’s prophetic picture of what is happening in the supernatural.
I showed my new Jewish evangelistic book to the pastor of the Messianic Jewish congregation who follows up on the new believers. He told me there are few good Jewish testimony books in Israel. We are now looking into printing my evangelistic book designed for Jewish Millennials into Russian and Hebrew for distribution in Israel.
The new year has started out so powerfully with this historic Jewish outreach in Israel that I know 2020 will be our BEST YEAR EVER. I pray because you are under the same favor of God for blessing this ministry that it will be your BEST YEAR EVER! Expect a sudden eruption of God’s Global Glory!
