As He Leads Me

In thinking about the changes that have come to me since beginning to pray for Messianic Vision, the realization of His Goodness is amazing. Psalms 77:12 says it is good to meditate on His work and talk about what He is doing. 
  
I learned about Sid Roth through a wonderful friend and mentor who has interceded for Sid for many years. Some time in early 2005, I visited the Messianic Vision website. Since my work requires long hours at my keyboard, it was perfect for me to put on headphones and listen as Sid interviewed people whose testimony of the Lord’s Love and Grace built my faith. During this time there were quite a few personal challenges going on, in all areas coming pretty consistently.
  
Honestly, at first I had to really press to enter into this ministry’s vision. After being born again, I’ve been blessed to receive a strong foundation in Him through the teaching of Dave Roberson, as well as through my local church, but most of all through praying in the Spirit.
  
At the time that I began to participate in MV, it seemed that I was at a standstill in growth in Him, fighting, holding ground and waiting. Many things I encountered through Sid’s ministry seemed familiar to me, just right in my spirit. And as I continued, the heart connection became stronger.
  
I didn’t come to the realization of this connection until the fall of 2005 when I attended the MV intercessors’ meeting in Charlotte, NC. From the sharing at that meeting, and a particular word from Sid which the Holy Spirit drew me into, a love for the Jewish people grew in me which is the root of Messianic Vision. This is my Love’s (Yeshua’s) family. As I began to take care of His family in prayer, my family and I prospered.
  
During the months afterward, I could sense the Lord’s pleasure as I entered into agreement with Sid’s vision and began to pray and give more, through ordering materials from the MV site and direct offerings. One of the things I really got hold of was a newsletter containing an article by Rabbi Curt Landry entitled “The Jewish Secret of Prosperity.” In the last year, I’ve received two raises totaling 15% of my salary along with extra time off, a car was given to me and another raise is expected in November. Also I recently received almost $15,000 for 1/16 of an acre of my property! Since the land is valued at only $5,000 per acre, my increase was substantial.
  
A year ago I was sinking deeper in debt, and was making it without bankruptcy PURELY by Grace. Through a series of events in which I listened and followed instruction regarding how much and when to sow into others as well as instruction on practical steps to take with my finances, NOW I’m walking out His promise that I am the head and not the tail, a lender and not a borrower.

Deuteronomy 28:13: And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them. HALLELUJAH!

This comes by getting to know Him, the One Who Is, in all that He is. In reading publications such as the manuscripts offered by Messianic Vision by Robert Heidler: The Messianic Church: Discovering Our Lost Inheritance and The Cycles of God, I’ve gained more understanding of Who my Friend really is. Giving into Sid’s ministry through prayer and offerings has been a vital step in my growth in Yeshua. Now I look forward to getting to know Him even better and to continue in prayer to help Sid and the Messianic Vision family walk forward into the destiny ordained by our Father.
  
Several years ago God spoke to me that if I will “keep His Word, He will show me what to do.” And so He does….

1 John 5:20: And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus [the Messiah]. This is the true God, and eternal life.
