God’s Word, once spoken with authoritative decree, can NEVER be altered.
A declaration, or decree, is an authoritative order backed by law. Our decrees prophetically have authority when we align them with God’s Word. And when a decree is backed by the Word, it must come to pass because God already declared it so.

God used the creative power of words in Genesis. He spoke into the void and said “Light, be!” and it was. He has never changed it.
We are created in the image of God. That means we also have the ability to speak forth words with creative
power. As we make declarations that are in agreement with God’s Word, things change and move in the atmosphere.
God’s Word, once spoken with authoritative decree, can never be altered. If God has declared healing, does the devil have the legal right to interrupt the decree of God and bring sickness? No. Because when God decrees something, it cannot be altered.
Jesus believed so much in the power of creative declaration that He taught us how to do it. He said, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain [to this debt, symptom, sickness, addiction, fear, family issue, strife], Be thou removed, and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, it’s got to move out of the way! (Mark 11:23).
When we decree God’s promises over ourselves, there is a shift that takes place in the invisible world. Every day, my husband and I speak over our bodies: “Body, you have to line up with the Word of God. We command every organ, every bone, the blood and the immune system to function the way God created them to.” The atoms of our body have to line up with the decree of our mouth.
We need to repent of saying words that have been in opposition to what God has decreed. He has declared over you: I will supply all of your needs according to My riches in glory by Messiah Jesus (Phil. 4:19). But if you wake up one morning and say, “I just don’t know how we’re going to pay all the bills,” you have disrupted what God has declared. That’s the reason many of us are not seeing natural events line up with the promises of God. Let’s get in agreement with God.
One of the toughest things to do is to speak in alignment with God’s Word in a crisis. So it’s very important to speak correctly before there is a crisis. If we make it a habit, then when we are in a battle, that is what will come out of us.
Don’t be the Devil’s Prophet
The one thing we should never do is speak for the enemy. It’s easy to put a negative declaration into the atmosphere or speak out loud what your five senses reveal. But it takes faith and anointing to declare God’s truth in spite of the circumstances. Keep holding on to the declaration because something is moving in the realm of the Spirit. Don’t give up!
The only way the devil can use the creative force of words is if he gets you to agree with him. If I speak forth words of fear because the devil puts an illegal fearful thought in my mind, then I have just empowered him. He can’t do it without you and me helping him. You alone are the governor of your own mouth. You can control what you say.
Decreeing Over Grandpa
Years ago, the doctors were declaring that my father could die. It was difficult not to come into agreement with those words. He was in a medically induced coma and on a ventilator. They said he had renal failure and several of his major organs were shutting down. He looked like the picture of death.
I remember crying out, “God, what are You saying?” And the Lord kept reminding me: “Go back to My Word.” I had to force myself to walk up and down the ICU hallway and declare the promises of God over my father almost nonstop 24/7. If my mouth would stop making that declaration, my head would start believing the opposite.
My son Matthew was just 6 years old at the time and had always loved his grandpa. He had a little table in the ICU with coloring books and crayons. When we asked him what he was drawing, he said it was the story of the man whose friends let him down through the roof to see Jesus and be healed.
What did Jesus say in that story? Get up, take up your bed, and go home to your house (see Luke 5:24). And so every day, we’d walk into the hospital room and Matthew would stand there and say, “Grandpa, get up, take up your bed and go home to your house.”
In 30 days, my father was sitting up eating jello. It shocked the medical staff. One doctor wrote: “this is not the work of medical science. This is the work of faith, prayer and decree.”
It took the faith of a 6-year-old, who would not get distracted by all the negative signs, to speak forth what God had already decreed.
How to Decree Effectively
Here is how to decree God’s promises over your life.
1. Write it down, even if it’s just one sentence. Put down what you are declaring. If it’s a condition such as arthritis, write out something like “Arthritis must leave my body because God’s Word says, by Jesus’ stripes I am healed.” Put the note where you will see it often.
2. Speak it out loud. 3. Repeat it every day.
If you say, “I’ve been speaking God’s promises and nothing has changed,” you are already disrupting the declaration. Don’t do that. Hang in there. Declare it. Sometimes it may have to be a breakfast, lunch and dinner declaration. We have to do that, not because God’s not working, but so we can reverse our negative thinking.
Are you ready to stop agreeing with the enemy and begin declaring God’s truth over your life? Put your hand on your hear and say:
Lord, if I have been putting any declarations into the atmosphere that are in opposition to what You declare, I repent of them. I uproot those words. I say they will not bear fruit. I reverse them even now, in the name of Jesus. Nothing that I have spoken that opposes God shall come to pass. Now Lord, put a watch over my mouth to speak what is right, to agree with You. Lord, reveal to me where I have wrong habits concerning my declarations. Father, I make a commitment today to speak better. To decree rightly. To say what You’ve said. I come into agreement with Your words, with Your decrees. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
My prayer is that you keep putting forth the right words that will not only dispel the works of darkness, but help set your course and form your future. There is power in your mouth and things always shift for the better when we decree!

This will be your BEST year ever!

At the last minute I had to cancel my scheduled Jewish outreach in Canada. We had invited mostly elderly unsaved Jews and their
relatives warned them not to go out in crowds because of the coronavirus. So with a heavy heart, I did not go. We have rescheduled, and I believe it will be bigger than ever!
The local Canadian pastor who sponsored our event hosted a much smaller outreach instead. Eleven unsaved Jews came, one of whom was the head of the association for the nearby Jewish retirement home. He was so impressed with the music and message that we believe he will make his building available for our next meeting. And six Jews were saved! What the devil meant for evil, God has and will use for great good!
The local pastor just wrote this about our past outreaches in Canada:

Humble Yourself and Pray
I believe the coronavirus will cause America and other nations to change forever! The fear level is so supernaturally high, it’s obvious the devil has overplayed his hand—as usual. Praying 2 Chronicles 7:13-14 is what will get God’s attention:
“IF” we pray, the greatest outpouring of God’s Spirit in history will flood America! And it truly will be the greatest nation on earth!
Either way, after this virus is finished, the Global Glory will break out in pockets throughout the world. Humble yourself and pray on behalf
of America, or your nation, as Daniel prayed for Israel. Even though he was not in sin, he repented for the sins of his nation in Daniel 9:10: WE have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His laws, which He set before us by His servants the prophets.
Start repenting every day, like Daniel, on behalf of your nation, and you and your house will have a visitation of the Global Glory. This will be your nest hour no matter what!
Remember that during Passover the plagues came upon Egypt but did not touch those under the Passover blood. Also, it is crucial to walk in instant repentance. First Corinthians 5:7 says, Purge out the old yeast, that you may be a new batch, since you are unleavened. For even Messiah, our Passover, has been sacrificed for us.
Here in America (and other nations) we must repent for the same sins that caused Israel to lose their land.
• Putting other things before God
• (Idol worship)
• Child sacrifice (abortion)
• Homosexuality
Redefining marriage as not just between a man and a woman Also the sin of being anti-Semitic or anti-Israel unleashes the judgment of God on the nations!
I know this will be our most fruitful evangelistic year ever! And the same Global Glory will come upon those who are as hungry for MORE as I am. It will be YOUR BEST YEAR EVER!
May Pentecost blessings overtake you and your house.
